we use kickstarts to install the cloud images, TC6, TC7 and RC1 all
worked. you will need to explain more what is not working.

I have done some additional testing with RC1. Using a netinstall iso I
fed it a kickstart config file with no storage configured and with repos
defined to known good sites.
I had to manually adjust the repos and of course manually configure the
disks but the install worked otherwise.
