Running a fully updated F21 branch with LXDE desktop; I see the same behavior when running sol and pcmanfm. In both cases, clicking on the titlebar does nothing; I can't click and drag the window, and the minimize, maximize, and close buttons don't respond. However, if I click on the menubar, the window becomes active; clicking in the empty part of the menubar, I can do a click and drag. The windows look like gtk2 windows, but appear to be behaving like gtk3 windows. Bug or feature?
