A *very* simple way to check if email problems are on your side, when it comes to these mailing lists, is to simply go to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/test/   (or the archives for other lists) and see if you've received all the messages that have been archived.

I could never find a valid reason for sending test messages to lists when one can simply create a gmail account, or other free account, and send mail to oneself.  And, along with that, check the archives.
