After 21 gets released, due to the use of 'updates-testing', do we
need to yum --releasever=21 distro-sync
after
yum-config-manager --disable updates-testing
yum-config-manager --enable updates

You can enable updates now if you want. There is an empty repo there
so things will work, but slightly slower.

You don't have to disable updates-testing after the release. If you
are running with it enabled now, it's reasonable to keep it enabled
after the release.

updates and updates-testing are both enabled currently. we will disable
updates-testing before making the final release. you should do a
distro-sync once we push the zero day updates

Thanks!
