Validation testing explanations / test plans / introductions / whatevers consolidated and replaced

Hi, folks. Sorry, I'm still in 'just do it' mode, trying to wrangle the
validation test process into coherence - I hope no-one feels like I'm
rockstarring, and please do point out anything I've messed up and I
*will* fix it, I just want to do the heavy lifting of knocking things
into shape without the draft phase in the interests of having things
straightened out during Alpha.

So, giving notice that I've replaced these pages:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Installation_validation_testing
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Base_validation_testing
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Desktop_validation_testing

and the old "Install Test Plan" pages - e.g.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Fedora_17_Install_Test_Plan - with a
new consolidated page:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Release_validation_test_plan

it should maintain all the information from the old pages (including
some stuff on the Install Test Plan pages which was a bit lost these
days), add some new information to document the release validation
procedure more extensively and with more references, and be all shiny
and Fedora.next-Compatible. So I hope that justifies the 'just do it' :)
This page ought to be a fairly good 'jumping in point' for the release
validation process, I hope it'll enable people to understand what's
going on with that. If you're a new member who hasn't been involved in a
release validation testing event, it'd be great if you could cast an eye
over the page and let us know whether it works as an introduction.

Please do point out any problems!
