With a debug kernels, if you don't test the video modules per se, /etc/X11/xorg.conf Section "Device" Identifier "video0" Driver "modesetting" EndSection is a must-have. Check for yourself a "Stats for nerds"/dropped frames with 1280/1920 on YouTube. Within the Xfce of course. :) Point is the '[xorg-x11-drv-]modesetting' ain't "accelerated", and this is what pulls down the "real" modules as 'nouveau' & Co., within a debug kernels. > This machine runs Win7 and Heisenbug without crashing. > This machine ran Memtest86+ 5.01 in SMP mode without issues. > I will leave Memtest running for a while to make sure it is stable. Regarding the Memtest86+, literally every test should pass, there is no middle ground. Use a compatible RAM sticks. poma -- test mailing list test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test
