There are exceptions, however, because of Fedora package names being
case-sensitive.
Try filing a bug about "pykde4", and you will only find "PyKDE4" in
bugzilla, which is an "orphan" assigned to the orphan-owner in bugzilla.
Unless any maintainer still watches bugzilla for that orphan, those bug
