Upon removing 3.11.10, it removed /lib/modules/3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64 which apparently breaks the rescue kernel because startup is halted when attempting to mount /boot/efi, which on my system is formatted hfsplus (due to it being a Mac) and the hfsplus kernel module is apparently not in the initramfs, and obviously can no longer be found in /lib/modules either. > > So this seems rather broken still.
