389 directory server doesn't start after latest update

Just did yum distro-sync on my FreeIPA server which is on F20 and it
refused to start due to directory server error.

$ rpm -qa | grep 389
389-ds-base-libs-1.3.2.5-1.fc20.x86_64
389-ds-base-1.3.2.5-1.fc20.x86_64
