I could not follow yesterday's FESCo meeting very closely, but from what I've read, they basically said that anaconda team can decide what filesystems they want to include and how (hide some of them, or mark as experimental, or something else). So, if anaconda wants to do this for thinp (and alternatively even for btrfs), here's a mockup idea: http://i.imgur.com/mWAPlJT.png http://i.imgur.com/jd9xqXv.png I think the implementation should be quite simple and it would save a lot of work for Anaconda team (especially dlehman), because QA would not apply as strict release criteria for filesystems marked in this fashion. Hopefully the saved time could then be invested in creating blivet and similar unit tests. Of course, it's up to you, this is just an idea.
