Netinst UEFI boot cannot access hard drives.
I don't know what that means. I just did an EFI netinstl and it saw and installed to my hard drive just fine. You need to provide more information.

One machine does not have UEFI. The newer one has optional UEFI.
TC2 netinstall worked normally when booted without UEFI.
