I am now sure that there are older people than me on this list, and I'm also sure that there are people in their 20's that are far more technically capable than I ever was - I was pretty sure of the latter, even before I made my first post here.

Even ignoring the problems of implementing an age barrier, I think that even some of the younger ones may be interested.
