Most likely in some moment /usr/share/httrack/html was switched between a symlink and a directory or you got something "wrong" there. You can get a reasonable guess why if you will trace back all versions which you installed, or attempted to install, there. If there is a conflict you will be accumulating all these /usr/share/httrack/html;* until you will cleanup that mess yourself. The best is to remove all these, and /usr/share/httrack/html too, followed by the package reinstallation.
