It's a F20 alpha blocker, should be fixed in TC3

I suspect it wouldn't happen if you turned updates off while
installing.

depends on how you're installing. the problematic firefox package is on
the TC2 dvds.

As mentioned in that bug, it also affects the F19 installer if you include updates. Hopefully the firefox update will go into F19 as well.
