Currently running with kernel-3.9.9-301.fc19.x86_64.

You need to provide some more information for people to be able to help you. For instance, what does "can not boot" mean? If you disable the boot splash and disable quiet mode, what do you see? To disable the boot splash and quiet mode, select the desired kernel to boot in the grub menu, press e, then search for the line starting with "linux /boot/vmlinuz-<version>", and on that line remove the rhgb and quiet words, and then press ctrl+x to boot. Then you should be able to see what is happening.
