Confused Rawhide (F20) set correct time Xfce

Can't connect securely to Dropbox, as it says time and date wrong.
Have checked both the bios, and datetime applet, both have correct
time and date.

~$ locale
LANG=en_IE.UTF-8

sudo hwclock --debug
