 Before we do any adjustments to the criteria we need to find out what
 installation method they indent to use ( anything that applies directly to
 base/coreOS components is subjected to ARM as well) and which ones of the
 release blocking desktops intend on releasing arm based image ( either KDE
 or Gnome or both? )

 I would rather we avoided "We _could_ explain specifically in the preamble
 that certain criteria are not relevant to certain arches" and tried to
 make arch agnostic instead

 But yeah first we kinda need to know which images they themselves or
 releng plan to release and then work from there.
