I'd say p4p1 is the biosdevname name for the interface, enp4s0 is the systemd name. I don't understand why some tools would show one and some tools the other, though. It sounds like we haven't quite figured out *all* the interactions between biosdevname and the systemd stuff here. Did you do your install with biosdevname=0 ? Was biosdevname in your package set at install time?
