Yeah, we talked a bit about it yesterday as I raised exactly the same 
question, the thing is - not a single tool provides all functionality that
would be need to cover all required use cases :(

Some consolidation of these tools we use, or even going with some "upstream"
solution would definitely help us a lot. And I agree, it could be a nice
project for F20+.
