>From your Xorg log, I'm not seeing why glxinfo works for you but doesn't work for me. But for that matter I don't see why gnome-shell is using so much more CPU with F19 than F18. It doesn't seem to be nouveau related, or at least Xorg isn't revealing what the issue is.
