Note, this will not fix up cases which already have duplicate IDs, which
is likely everyone who's had F19 installed for any notable length of
time. It only prevents the generation of any *more* duplicate IDs.
Unless the systemd devs figure out a fix/workaround for that, anyone
with an existing F19 install is going to need to follow the Chapter Two
instructions from my blog post. I will talk to the systemd devs about
whether a more comprehensive fix is possible.
