I have clear install Final TC2 and:
         14.834s plymouth-quit-wait.service
         11.764s accounts-daemon.service
         11.384s chronyd.service
         11.096s firewalld.service
         10.998s avahi-daemon.service
          6.703s NetworkManager-wait-online.service
