Can you post the relevant portion of your dhcp configs? As in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/18/html/Installation_Guide/s1-netboot-pxe-config-efi.html the files booted for UEFI clients differ from the norm.

You'll want to note the 'option arch' lines and read the cited RFC4578 for their explanation.
