Do you run ldconfig as root?
What files /etc/ld.so.cache* do you have?
What does "ldconfig -v" show about that library?

It's _good_ that nothing is reported, because -Vf means "verify the
package this file belongs into".

The query to show a package a file belongs into is this:
 rpm -qf /lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.8.4
