Well, it used to be simple to keep names at ethX, remove biosdevname and edit network-scripts/ifcfg-<interface> In F19, this no longer seems to work, and I don't see anything obvious in /etc/udev. (This is on a minimal install.) But, what's interesting is that if I do ip add sh I get the biosdev name, if I run system-config-network-tui, it shows it as eth0. I may reinstall with biosdevname=0 to see what happens.
