fedora-rawhide.repo defaults to gpgcheck=0, so once the fedora-release-rawhide
package is installed and Rawhide enabled, neither --nogpgcheck nor
--releasever=rawhide is necessary anymore.

For "yum repolist all", the repo status is displayed in the last column.
Everything was disabled already. It's just confusing to post the output
of "yum repolist all" when somebody had asked for "yum repolist". ;-p
