There are two other reasons for fixed schedule. Marketing, eg. you can
help with next-Fedora testing every Thursday. Second is, we don't want to
overwhelm users with two non-related Test Days. We can make exceptions
when it makes sense like X Test Week.
Anyway, I added some Tuesday Open slots, feel free to pick up one for
MariaDB.
