_Which_ package? It doesn't tell! I could exclude "this package", if
it told me the name.

Has it always been like that?

Admittedly, I update more frequently via Yum, but occasionally (mostly for
testing) I also use the GNOME tools. This is a really strange dialog.

Yeah, it's always been like that. There's another similarly-silly one about key importation. I'm 99.9% sure there's already a bug, either down or upstream.
