I'm not sure I understand what you're referring to with bugzilla id in this or what number would be assigned. Can you elaborate a bit more? The bug id is the number/id of the bug being proposed as a blocker/fe. The bugzilla user/login is used to add the proposer to the cc list of the bug being proposed as a blocker/FE. Tim
