So, the good news: the RH BZ team has kindly extended the alias limit to
40 characters for us. The bad(ish) news: with RHBZ's careful and
considered development cycle, the change won't be live until May. So
we'll probably stick with these names for F19, and go to FreezeException
on the versioned bugs with F20.
