What package/component to file a wipefs bug?

1. I manually "wipefs -a" sda1.
2. Wipefs'd sda.
3. Reinstalled with "guided" Btrfs.

Conclusion:

[root@localhost ~]# btrfs fi show
Label: 'fedora_f18v' uuid: 1127946a-c077-4622-ad32-5a8bd645439c
Total devices 1 FS bytes used 364.00KB
	devid 1 size 3.57GB used 1.25GB path /dev/sda3

Label: 'fedora_f18v' uuid: 7a8f1bd8-ba7c-4fd2-a0a7-87b43e6ca0a6
Total devices 6 FS bytes used 3.08GB
	devid 1 size 7.97GB used 1.02GB path /dev/sda1
	*** Some devices missing

The first is correct, for sda3.

But sda1 has since been refomatted as ext4. It mounts without errors as ext4. And parted -l sees it as ext4. But btrfs *still* sees is as a btrfs member. And all of this is true after a reboot. So I'm guessing it's a wipefs bug. But may also be a btrfs fi show bug as well. Mounting sda1 mounts as ext4. If I try to mount with -t btrfs I get a wrong fs type error.
