Check out "yum list harfbuzz". You don't see the 0.9.9-1.fc18.i686 anymore, because updates-testing is not turnt on anymore. See "yum repolist". Same for the other packages. Since updates-testing has been turnt off in your configuration recently with as we're getting closer to release of F18, you either need to turn it on again yourself, *if* you want to continue using updates-testing. *Or* you need to run "yum distro-sync" first to remove all test-updates which are installed already. You cannot keep harfbuzz-0.9.9-1.fc18 for x86_64 and try to install the older 0.9.7 for i686. The versions must match. So, fix your repository configuration.
