Delay in updates-testing kernel package reaching the mirrors?

I have been waiting for the following package to reach the mirrors for updates-testing:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-18691/kernel-3.6.7-4.fc16

However it's about two days after being listed as "pushed" and nothing has appeared.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the mechanism for pushing updates?
