I have done a few kernel updates of Fedora 18 without major incident until today. This time the BIOS boot order was changed to point to sda instead of sdf where Fedora 18 resides. I noticed when I discovered that the reboot after yum update dumped me into Fedora 16, which couldn't talk to the internet any more. Once I grokked it I changed the BIOS boot drive order back to starting with sdf and things went back to normal. -- Chuck Forsberg WA7KGX N2469R caf@xxxxxxxx www.omen.com Developer of Industrial ZMODEM(Tm) for Embedded Applications Omen Technology Inc "The High Reliability Software" 10255 NW Old Cornelius Pass Portland OR 97231 503-614-0430 -- test mailing list test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test
