Perhaps, but there is also an endpoint which always points to the
current milestone:

That is the link that I see most often, so I imagine that most people
will arrive at the currently active milestone instead of the base page
I linked to.

I disagree - while beta is the current milestone, I think that there is
value in being able to see what bugs are currently proposed/accepted as
blocker/nth for final even though that's pretty far in the future at
this point.

I'm not sure that there is a whole lot of value in keeping alpha around
at this point, though.

Yeah, the base page is going to need some work. I haven't spent much
time thinking about what would be most useful to put there. "Currently
Active Milestones" and "Most Recent Spins" were just the first things
that came to mind. I'm certainly open to suggestions on what to put
there.

There are other features that I would like to implement (definitely
after beta, probably not until F19 if at all) which would make
better use of the base page; mostly blocker/nth management and
statistics.
