For the record, for everyone playing along at home, the bug for this is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=859614 (I closed Kamil's bug as a dupe). We know that you need at least systemd 194 to be safe. We haven't yet nailed down exactly what selinux-policy build you need. It seems at least as early as -29 is safe, but currently in stable is only -25.
