 updates-testing. Can you please try them out whether they are sufficient
 for you?

 just tried
 http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2239/4472239/Fedora-18-Nightly-20120910.09-x86_64
 -Live-desktop.iso and seems not:

 {{{
 Build                                     Tag                   Built by

 ----------------
 ibus-1.4.99.20120822-2.fc18               f18-updates-testing   fujiwara
 imsettings-1.3.1-1.fc18                   f18-updates-testing   tagoh
 pango-1.31.1-1.fc18                       f18-updates-testing   mclasen
 harfbuzz-0.9.4-1.fc18                     f18-updates-testing   paragn
 gnome-shell-3.5.91-1.fc18                 f18-updates-testing   kalev
 }}}
 {{{
 $ rpm -q ibus imsettings pango harfbuzz gnome-shell
 ibus-1.4.99.20120712-3.fc18.x86_64
 imsettings-1.3.0-2.fc18.x86_64
 pango-1.30.1-2.fc18.x86_64
 package harfbuzz is not installed
 gnome-shell-3.5.5-2.fc18.x86_64
 }}}

 for example, imsettings has been pushed to testing 29th August. that may
 explains nightly build doesn't refer updates-testing?
