What typically/often can be used to upgrade doesn't work yet for F18: 1.) Default install of F17 x86_64 from DVD image without updates. 2.) yum --releasever=18 --nogpgcheck update fedora-release 3.) yum -y update fails with broken deps in vinagre 4.) rpm -e vinagre 5.) yum -y update suceeds 6.) Reboot. Briefly, a yellow message about SELinux not finding a policy file appears, but the logs don't tell the same: Sep 8 06:23:35 rawhide systemd[1]: Successfully loaded SELinux policy in 5s 149ms 429us. Sep 8 06:23:35 rawhide systemd[1]: Relabelled /dev and /run in 130ms 952us. Then a single virtual console. Haven't played much with this failed upgrade.
