As Kamil linked, this is a known issue. It's obviously a showstopper
for DVD testing. However, TC4 should be better for netinst in a number
of ways, so please don't let this bug discourage anyone from general TC4
testing outside of the DVD tests: we should still be able to confirm
several other blocker fixes and fill out more of the matrix. Jesse is
working on fixing the DVD install issue at present.
