RHEL is using the old (pre-F15) xz compression. The easiest way out is to use
the semi-static executables in
http://robatino.fedorapeople.org/deltaiso_executables/f15/ (the arch refers to
the host, not the delta ISO, so if your host is x86_64, then you always use the
x86_64 binaries).

BTW, I use the same executables when I build and verify the disos, since
secondary01.fp.o is running RHEL 6.
