To skip the gpg signing verification from happening, start your yum transaction using the --nogpgcheck flag or set gpgcheck=0 in /etc/yum.repo.d/$name since you're using Rawhide anyway ;)

The process stops complaining of the bash-4.2.37-3.fc18.i686.rpm is not signed.

Any ideas?
