I was not asking for help duplicating it, but rather just making an initial inquiry to find out if others are experiencing it.Not seeing it.... But, you've not given enough information to assist in trying to duplicate. Extensions installed? Site(s) being visited? I've had it happen on many different sites. I can't say that when it was happening I was keeping track of every single site open in every one of my windows and tabs, so I suppose it's possible that there's one site that all of the crashes have in common; I'd have no way of knowing that. I have DOM Inspector, Firebug, Flashblock, FoxyProxy Standard, _javascript_ Debugger, LastPass, Lazarus: Form Recovery, and Tab Mix Plus installed. I haven't changed any of my add-ons in a while, and Firefox just started crashing recently, so it seems unlikely that any of the add-ons are responsible. In any case, an add-on, at least an architecture-independent one, should not be able to cause Firefox to crash. As I mentioned, I've reported the crashes. Abrt thinks that one of them was in cairo: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=742209 and one in Firefox: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=814382 jik |
