I believe items 1 and 3 are already covered by the page you linked to.
The rest seem like decent things to add. I'll look at adding some more to
the wiki page next week if someone doesn't beat me to it.
I will say that there probably isn't going to be a magic way to find the
non-debug kernels in koji other than clicking through the builds and
looking at the changelog.
