Given recent comments on Test-Announce stating that proven testers do not
serve a purpose in validating testing beyond normal testers there does not
seem to be a need to approve my application for that status.
Being new I was not aware of the historical dialouge on this topic. This
ticket can be closed.
If you feel otherwise let me know.
