 Petr, the work remaining here is:

  * Ensure there are test cases in the matrices for all Final criteria
  * Reverse concordance: go through the set of all test cases and make sure
 all the ones that are listed as 'Alpha', 'Beta' or 'Final' are actually
 associated with a criterion from the appropriate level. If there's no
 criterion that matches the test case, then decide whether it makes more
 sense to create a criterion, or to adjust the 'importance level' of the
 test case (or drop it altogether).
