I'll look at including that soon.  It's not in Linus' tree yet either,
so I'll figure out why.

It's too late to include it in the final release without slipping and
this isn't serious enough to cause the entire release to slip.  It
will go out as an update, probably a 0-day one as I expect 3.1.1 will
be released by then anyway.
