The latest installer iteration would not use the BIOS BOOT partition that was present on the 3TB HD from a previous F16 install. Selecting a reformat of the BIOS BOOT did not make the installer any happier. It refused the NEXT button. So I changed the HD sequence and installed to a 1 GB HD. This time I was able to install Dogtags.
