It turns out this was due to obsolete parameters in nxt_python's udev rule
file. Previously they were only depreciated. Kay Sievers told me what to
change it to and I got a fix into rawhide right away, since this bug is
pretty nasty for people that have nxt_python installed. It should show
up in tomorrows rawhide build.
