30s delay in login sounds indeed a whole lot like the one in pre-F15, 
that one was caused by incorrect DBUS argument type in at-spi2-core. The 
funny thing with that was that wasn't actually the login that was 
hanging, it was the session where GDM login screen runs whose "logout" 
was taking ages. For reference, here's the bug:
