If you set "GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=Fedora" in "/etc/default/grub", you'll have "Fedora Linux, with Linux ..." in your grub menu. If you want to customize the menu more than than, you can either edit "/etc/grub.d/10_linux" to make it generate the entry that you want or use grubby to add it. Using grubby means that that entry'll be wiped out the next time that you run "grub2-mkconfig ...".
